Healthy Living **Yawn**

So, I have been really excited about this healthy eating and healthy living attitude I have ventured upon.

I have been a little lax the past week, and have eaten far more bread than I should have, and tonight I feel really sick. I was thinking about it. "This is crazy!" I thought to myself as I am writing and posting some things for my dad on "Self Development Growth and Change" blog I have set up for my dad.
Well, I have been so good and why the sudden lax? Excuses::

The Long Rock is Home for a couple of weeks
I don't cook myself and I have been from time to time been told, "You're not eating you're not eating"

I've decided to put my food down while I was eating salad tonight.

First:
Who cares who is home? I have to do my exercizing regardless of Long Rock joining me.

Second:
Long Rock Loves Running and we we went to the Park, While he ran I worked out on the machines they have there.

Third:
Eating Right is not going to be supported by anyone but me. I will have to be strong, cowgirl up and eat what is right for me because I am benefitting and I know when I am hungry or not and I don't need anyone telling me how much or how little I have eaten if I am healthy and not starving myself!

Conclusion
NO MORE EXCUSES, Miss Soon To Be Mrs Long Rock!!!

Let me tell you in all honesty and open-ness what I have eaten this past week... I know YAWN!

Salad.
Every Breakfast here in Turkey consists of
Olives (black and or green)
Cucumbers
Peppers
Cheese
Bread
Tomatoes
Khavaltalık
 Turkish Tea
Or Ihlamur Tea

Sometimes it varies, but the olives and a type of salad is the same. The bread changes too. Sometimes it is what we Americans call French bread. Sometimes is stuffed phyllo dough, then fried. Sometimes it is different types of stuffed rolls, etc. But it remains the same. Bread.
This is ok to have one slice, but I have arthitis which really effects me in the morning.

I have axed out the bread.

For Lunch: I still cant eat lunch so I have reverted to if I am hungry, I will eat either an apple, a few carrot sticks, some parsely, a mug of coffee or tea, and lots of water.

Dinner:
I am not a strict vegetarian because of my kidney. I can not have too much or too less of the proteins. There are some things that in the winter only animal meat gives your body what helps you live... Lets face it, we have to eat right.

I have eaten,
Soups
Salads
no bread
Fried Squash or Zucchini that I made from Scratch.
Fried Onions that I made from scratch.
a little piece of chicken. I am talking a little
four bites of beef sish kebob

Not all at one sitting and every meal I have eaten salad.

For night snack I have been bad. I have said several tlimes I dont eat after 8 pm and I am looked upon like I have three eyeballs. But I have had an all fruit smoothie I made myself
apples, kiwi fruit, almonds or strawberries.

I have been drinking Turnip Juice called "shalgam" and it is really good for you. I might have to write about once or twice.

I have noticed my legs are slimmed and I am working hard on my abs. They are slowly going down.

I have decided this.
That change is my choice. That eating healthy is my decision and that living healthy is the better way to be and I cant make any excuses for myself! I just cant!

I will be on later, of course to check in!
Until then::: Happy Living Healthy everyone!!!
