My Uuuh... Mishap.

So, yesterday I was making ice cream smoothies (so sorry because Google are jerks and are making me pay for more pictures to be posted, I can not show you pictures of this incident)
I made the Long Rock and his mom and grandma this awesome smoothie with one tangerine orange, 4 apricots that were nice and ripe and sweet, Vanilla Ice Cream, and one banana. I sliced everything up, and put it in a metal bowl and took a hand blender and had made this smoothie with it. I was going to make Long Rock just him but his mom and grandma were in the living room with him and I knew they would want some so I gave them some too. 
It was a hit. 
Well, I used up all the Vanilla Ice Cream and so I decided to make me one with some banana, chocolate ice cream and a bit of milk. As I was making me some, and almost done, I had put my left thumb in the bottom part where the blade is. Well, who knows what my left hand was thinking and why the heck I did not unplug the device before but, my left hand had accidentally touched the button to turn it on and with this motion gave me so much pain. The I think I said a curse word with a "D" at the beginning. I wanted to put the device down, but I washed it off before setting it in the ice cream.  I was in so much pain I had no idea why, but I had to save my ice cream.HE DID!!! The Sweetie!!
  My cut was tiny. I mean it was nothing. But the pain!!! I think because it turned my thumb so fast it bruised my muscles and sprained my poor thumb. I was in tons of pain and could not understand why my entire arm would hurt over one tiny blender beating. 
We tried going to the Doctor because although it was tiny I wanted to be sure that I did not need a stitch or two. My thumb started getting bigger and dang it hurt. So, I  asked them if maybe it was sprained. They were worried it might be broke. I did not think it was but when I came home Long Rocks grandma was so stressed out I told Long Rock I thought it was ok to not do anything. I wanted to just lay down but he said just try to go to the Hospital if you want in case there is a problem we do not see. 
 We went to the Government Hospital here in Corlu.Well, think of lots of ill people that are waiting forever to stand in a hot long line and trying to get some help. 
When it was our turn, which the wait was not so bad, people started to cram up against me. I thought it was rude. But, one woman started to literally push me with her elbow to try to get me out of the way when the girl who had never had a foreigner come into her hospital before said that they can not accept foreigners there because I did not have a Turkish ID Number. REALLY??? What if I were bleeding to death from a car accident because we all know they drive like Crazies here, and I said well, use the number in my passport. They said, Let me ask my Manager. She called while lady on my right was more aggressively pushing me aside to get tot he counter which... I tell you was terribly rude and annoying. 
 The verdict? No go. I could not get my help I needed at that hospital. I tell you gratefully I had nothing serious. I would have been dead. 
 I told Mr M and Mrs Turkish Mom ı just want to go home. I was just annoyed and at that point I felt like there is nothing wrong with my thumb and I really did not want to waste time and muck about anymore. I was annoyed and just wanted to go home and put up my thumb and just sleep. 
 Well, Mr M insisted that we go make sure it was ok. We go into the second hospital and the people were nice enough but I was irritated by the other people at hospital one and thought... Why am I here. I do not need to be here. Yes, it hurts but there is nothing wrong with it just a blender bruised it. So, I came home. I told the Dr I do not want to move it because it hurts. I do not think it is broke and I think everything is fine and they said well we have to put cream on it. I said I have antibiotic cream on it so if you can do something more than I can do at home... He said. Well lets talk to the Dr. I said OK. I said to Mr Mom and Turkish Mom I just want to go home. The Dr turned a little irritated and said then Why are you here. I just said, you're right and left. Long rock was irritated with the first hospital. What happened if this were more serious and my thumb was almost off by a really bad sharper blender or what if I were electrocuted? They would have turned me down because I am a foreigner. Well that is just not heard of in this city before and pretty surprising. 
 So, I came home and ate my ice cream and then it was time for the Long Rock to go back to work. After a few days off... The fun had ended and it was har to see him go back to work. 
I think I cried. I do not know if it was because my hand hurt, my head hurt, because Long Rock had to go back and I was alone again, or all of the above. 

And I can not play Skyrim until the swelling goes down.
